Q: What is the benefit of having Events LLC coordinate my event?
A: With years of experience in the event industry, we've seen first-hand that many companies focus on their own needs. Events LLC views things differently. We recognize that your event is bigger than the role we play, but we're here to do everything possible to ensure that it comes off without a hitch. We may be your only team member that understands the whole scope of the project.
Q: What else can you do?
A: Just ask! We'll do everything we can to provide you with peace of mind. Your event will be remarkable and trouble-free from start to finish.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: Of course not— we work within any size budget.
Q: Does it cost anything to come in and talk to you?
A: No! Your initial consultation is complementary.
Q: Do you have____?
A: We have over 66,000 square feet of inventory. Just because you don’t see what you’re looking for online doesn’t mean we don’t have it. Contact us for information regarding specific items.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes! We offer delivery and pick-up.
Q: Can you make____?
A: Another yes! We have in-house production capabilities for custom items. Building pieces in-house allows us to control pricing, quality, and every aspect of the production from start to finish. We make sure the product you receive is the one that you envisioned.
Q: Can you provide labor for my event?
A: We can provide any level of service that you need. We can coordinate your event, take care of all your "day of” concerns, move props, set up tables, place linens... whatever it takes.
Q: What if something gets broken or lost during its rental period?
A: Unfortunately, we do have have to hold the customer responsible for the repair or replacement of anything lost or broken.
Q: What if I don't use all of the items I rent?
A: All items that leave Events LLC, whether by delivery or customer pick-up, are considered rented. No credit or refund is given for unused rental items.
Q: Are there any additional fees for linens that are returned with wax or burn holes?
A: Yes— a wax removal fee is charged for all linens that are returned with wax. In extreme cases where the wax cannot be successfully removed, we may ask for a replacement fee for the damaged linen. Replacement fees will also be charged for all linens returned with burn holes or tears.
Q: How far in advance should I reserve my items?
A: We suggest that you reserve your items as soon as you know what you need. We can't consider something officially reserved until we have a signature and deposit (or payment, depending on how far in advance you place your order).
